4. Root-resistant TPO membrane Bauder Thermoplan T15 (d = 1.5 mm)

Flat roof above the extended part of the existing building

Roof layers:

1. Bituminous vapor barrier Bauder EVA 40 (d = 4 mm)

2. Thermal insulation Bauder PIR FA 160 (d = 16 cm)

3. Bituminous waterproofing Bauder E-KV 4t (d = 4 mm) and Bauder E-KV 5 s (d = 5 mm)

Mansard roof of the extended part of the existing building

Roof layers:

1. Polyethylene vapor barrier Bauder DB 220

2. Stone wool ROCKWOOL ROOFROCK 50 Plus (d = 5 cm)

Waterproofing of the underground part of the new building

SikaProof waterproofing system:

• Waterproofing of the reinforced concrete foundation slab and underground reinforced concrete walls using synthetic FPO membrane SikaProof A+12 (fully bonded system)

• Construction joints in the foundation slab are additionally secured with PVC waterstops Sika Waterbar AF-24

• Connections between the foundation slab and underground walls are additionally secured with swelling sealant Sikaswell S-2 and swelling profile Sikaswell A 2010
