Bituminous vapor barrier with aluminum foil insert Bauder EVA 35
Thermal insulation (client’s responsibility)
Slope layer of cement screed (client’s responsibility)
Separating layer of geotextile
Waterproofing FPO membrane Thermofin F15

Waterproofing of wet areas
Description and scope of work:
Polymer-cement waterproofing Aquasil-Flex applied in two layers on the previously prepared substrate
Floor-to-wall and wall-to-wall joints reinforced with Aqua-Tape corner strips embedded in the first layer of polymer-cement waterproofing
Drain treatment with epoxy adhesive
Material manufacturers used:

Spraying of the base coat (primer) over the prepared concrete substrate
Prepared and coated surface for welding the bituminous vapor barrier
Welding of the bituminous vapor barrier with aluminum insert
Welding of the bituminous vapor barrier with a 20 cm upstand at penetrations and roof parapet
Installation of the FPO waterproofing membrane as the final roof layer
Sealing of penetrations with FPO waterproofing membrane
Water test after completed waterproofing
Water tightness test after completed roof waterproofing
Embedding corner tapes into the first layer of polymer-cement waterproofing
Installation of reinforcement at floor-to-wall and wall-to-wall joints
